Unsolved problem list for Disney Interactive Studios's Disney Infinity
(Click on a problem to comment or help)We purchased the Infinity game for Wii. When we put the game in it gives the message that the system is updating. It went on for over 12 hours. We then purchased a new Wii console hoping that would solve the problem but we got the same thing. Anyone else having this problem? Has the game worked in the Wii for anyone?
When we put the game in, the system states it cannot read it. All the other games work, we went back to the store and were given a new game but it does the same thing. any ideas?
